Unsurpassed Customer Service, Beyond My Expectations 11/27/2013

I am a Community Manager with First Service Residential and have had the pleasure of working with the team at the Termite Guy for some time on a number of different communities in Orange County. The Termite Guy has performed above and beyond my expectations. In particular, their level of customer service is unsurpassed. Their responsiveness and communication is the bar I hold all other vendors to. I have never had difficulty with items getting completed in a timely manner. They have gone out of their way to be sure all inspections are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Whether it is a simple inspection one time inspection or scheduling an entire community for treatment, the Termite Guy is the expert that I will lean on to supply my Homeowners with the greatest service and care. On time, professional, fast, good customer service 11/20/2013

I called The Termite Guy on a Monday for a 2nd opinion and they came out the very next morning! The inspector was knowledgable and very explanatory. I chose this company over another because they actually primed and painted the wood they replaced! The whole job was complete within the same week as my inspection. I was impressed with the crew men as well as the office staff. I will definitely recommend them to any and all! more

Great job on termite spot treatment for a multi-unit complex 2/19/2013

Inspector lied. Workers great 10/11/2012

Rick didn't check the whole home (and it's very small), just asked me where I noticed termites. Promised that he would get his workers to spray attic crawl space (too small to get into). He left workers here. Terrific guys, but hardly any English; very difficult to converse with them. However, I managed to get them to understand and the work was done, except for the attic of course. I am still finding termites by the windows and on the floor. more

Excellent and Efficient Service 9/7/2012

The technician arrived on time, was quick, silent and efficient in his work. I was in "busy" state on the phone with someone in my home office and multi-tasking, the technician came in and basically me using sign langauge directing him to the attic entrance and all other things he would need....he went about his business very efficiently. more
