Review content:
Normally I like to shop locally, but the Scituate Music Center’s owner is very very rude. He tried to dictate the type of guitar my son should learn on. My wife and son came home with an electric guitar and I wanted him to have an acoustic. I ask my wife to exchange it and the owner, Mr. McMorrow refused to exchange it. He told my wife that I would have to go to the store and explain to him why I wanted it exchanged. \r I had to leave my yard work to deal with this. \r I went to the store. Determined to be polite I went into the Scituate Music Center and asked Mr. McMorrow to return our funds. I explained that I was not interested in an argument but he was determined to get one out of me. I stood there for 10 minutes just asking, “ May I have my money back please.” He insulted me several times but I stuck to my mantra, “May I have my money back please.” He tried to offer an exchange for the acoustic but I explained that I was not longer interested. \r He tried giving me just my money back for the guitar and not the electric tuner but I explained that this was an all or nothing arrangement. It took the threat of small claims court to convince him of my resolve. Even walking out the door he hurled two more insults. I like to support local business but I will not be supporting this one.\r
