Dear Jim,
Sam and I wanted to tell you how much we appreciated what you have done for us with our black Lab Hurley.
We were desperate when we called and was not sure if we could make it until our first appointment with you.
You taught us how to handle a very overly active Lab. One that was biting us when she wanted to play and how to correct that biting.
We can walk her on a leash with us, not ahead of us! Hurley can now ""sit/stay/down"" and not get on the
counter for food when we leave her sight.
These are just a few of the techniques, along with your knowledge and training, that you shared with us and we put into good use.
She is becoming a very pleasant Lab to be with and now with her knowing her pecking order we can all live together in a very pleasant household.
We also want to compliment the way you handled our dog. Your ""hands on"" methods were very gentle and soft spoken and totally not abusive.
You were very professional and came with a lot of tips to help us achieve our goals.
You were not only so very patient with our Hurley but also with us. We also liked and understood the easy to read printout you gave us to practice between our meetings.
It will be something that we can continue to refer back to to help reinforce our training.
Jim, we would highly recommend you to anyone that needs help in training their pet. We look forward in continuing our lessons with you in an obedience class.
