On or about May 4th or so, my parents had a renter that was moving out of their home. The renter had not paid past months rent nor the utilities ""she"" ran up.\r

The renter brought a U-Haul truck and her newly freak, tattoo'ed biker, meth using jerkoff boyfriend, with her to load her belongings, they tried to JAM, without paying her past due bills and rent.\r

So my 85 year old Pop, locked ""Their property gates"", so the renter couldn't take off without paying. The renter called the local sheriff / police. They arrived to my parents, the officer jumped over the fence, not a problem. Everything was explained to the young officer. \r

In which the officer said my Pop: He couldn't keep the renter from taking the U-Haul out the gate. Because it was considered "" Disruption of the renters lively hood"". My Pop replied: The gal and her family can come and go as they please and he will let them in or out, but not the U-Haul truck. So the officer told my Pop to unlock the gate, in which my Pop was upset, so he nicely told the officer just to jump back over the fence like he did when he first arrived.\r

The officer ""GRABBED MY POP AND SPUN HIM AROUND AND HAND-CUFFED HIM"". The officer tightened the cuffs so tight, it bruised my 85yr old Pop's wrists. Then the officer did a search of his body for the keys, so he could unlock the gates. The officer treated my 85 yr old Pop as if he was a harsh criminal. \r

THE OFFICER WAS IN FAVOR OF THE RENTER AND HER BOYFRIEND, THAT HAD CAME TO LOAD UP HER BELONGINGS. Remember, it is a ""Disruption of the renter's lively hood"".\r

WELL WHAT ABOUT MY PARENTS LIVELY HOOD? It has been DISRUPTED by the dang renter cheating them out of $1,200.00 for the rent and utilities. I GUESS THAT DON'T MATTER!!!??\r

Since then, the renter has sent NASTY or PROFOUND language emails to my parents, plus has called and THREATENED TO BURN DOWN MY PARENTS HOME, TO DISTROY ALL THAT THEY OWN, AND HAS MADE BODILY THREATS TO MY POP. The renter has said they will kill my Pop. \r

So MR. OFFICER?: Where's the justice for my parents? It seems you have let the REAL CRIMINALS go free!!!\r

I know that the officer acted with EXCESSIVE FORCE and ELDERLY ABUSE. This is my opinion as to how I view this matter, after learning or hearing of it all. \r

Yes, some of my friends are police or expolice officers, and I have talked to them and legal advisors. So i feel this officer has step out of bounds or his sworn oath, to protect and serve, he has poorly represented his police department in a non-professional manner. THE OFFICER ACTED LIKE A WIERD ODD BALL NUT!!! \r

WHO PUTS HAND-CUFFS ON AN 85 YEAR OLD MAN, THAT WAS NOT ACTIING IN AN UNJUST MANNER? REALLY A NEED FOR CUFFS? THERE WAS NO INTERFERENCE TO THE OFFICER DOING HIS JOB, NOR WAS THERE A CRIME COMMITTED!!! SO WHY THE HECK USE EXCESSIVE FORCE? ESPECIALLY ON AN VERY FRAGILE ELDERLY PERSON PRONE TO HEARTATTACKS? \r

I think this officer uses the badge to puff himself up! That to me is a low self-estemed nut case, he is a ticking time bomb, and he is serving on our local police/sheriff's department. WHAT A REAL LOSER HE IS!!!!\r

YEA , I AM ENTITLE TO MY OPINION UNDER THE UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. There is no law broken for posting how I feel.\r
