Where to begin with this one. This building is so disappointing. Don't be disillusioned by the newly remodeled foyer....look a little deeper and you'll see all the dirt, even in the laundry room. The washers are dirty, the floors are dirty, the walls are filthy and the elevators are even dirty. There is constant construction noise and dust flying all over the building. Not to mention the lead based paint that's being sanded by jackhammers. The construction noise is unbarable, but it's the utter lack of concern for the current residents health that has me concerned. The construction workers don't seal off the area that they are working on....OH NO they leave the windows wide open and don't even plastic off the door ways!!! Sooo ALL the DUST and DIRT go everywhere. There is actually pieces of constuction that are on my window sill from the apartment above. The building smells musty and the basement is a death trap!!! There are NO EMERGENCY EXITS in the basement parking garage. There are NO DOORWAYS leading to the outside except for the BIG electric GARAGE DOOR. If the electricity were to go out....YOU would be TRAPPED. There is one other door that leads you through a dark, dingy and cluttered room to a stairway, BUT that's almost ALWAYS LOCKED!!! If you are looking for ""HELL on EARTH"", then you've come to the right place. HOWEVER, if you are looking for a peaceful clean environment in which to live....YOU MUST LOOK FURTHER!!! You've just been kissed by a guardian angel. I couldn't live with my self if I didn't speak up and say the ""TRUTH"". Because the people running this building will tell you what ever you want to hear to get your $$$. And then you're stuck paying $2,350.00 for a one bedroom with no amenities. Oh, but wait...they did add a small gym, which is nice, but it only gets cleaned maybe once a week at best. Dirt and sweat in a room with no ventilation system except for a window and a fan. Cons: Unsecured building, fire hazard in basement parking garage, constant construction noise, unhealthy dust and dirt. Looks good from the outside, but dare to peak behind the curtain.
