I stumbled blindly across Promove dot com 2-3 weeks into a painfully fruitless apartment search. I called, got Michael Siebert on the phone, made appointment for next day, went in. He was the nicest, most helpful, most courteous person!! (Can't say the same for the other two agents I spoke with there on follow up calls, disappointedly). But Michael is definitely in the right business--helping people and is blessed with the attitude that should go with that, but is most often glaringly absent in so many others in service industry; like to see him cloned by a hundred thousand! Within 2-3 hours, I had my dream apartment. Wow! Moving in in four days from now!!
