Review content:
I dropped off an item with a small stain and came back a week later and it wasn't ready. That's fine, so I came back 5 days later as I was busy and it still wasn't ready. I spoke with the manager and he found my item buried under laundry. The stain was exactly the same yet he said he worked on it, but it couldn't come out. I swear the item wasn't touched and the worst part is he asked me for $5.00. I refused and he just said take it back then. No apologies at all! I recommend not usung them. Luckily, I didn't need the item for anything important. I couldn't see using them for anything important like a wedding or black tie affair. I'd look elsewhere if you want your item cleaned and in a timely manner. I wouldn';t trust them with a tux fitting.
