Review content:
My dog Skeeter is a mixed breed with a long body and short legs. Recently, I took him to see Dr. Johnson @ the Ponderosa Animal Clinic. The main reason I chose this place is that the ad in the telephone book says low-cost pricing available, I had limited funds and my dog hurt his back playing and they agreed to see him immediately. I was somewhat put off because the lobby was dirty with a lot of dust and cobwebs and not to mention the slightly rude middle-aged receptionist, and Dr. Johnson is elderly, but knowledgable. She really seems to care about animals and I felt that my dog received excellent medical care. Although the doctor is very stern in her approach, she made me feel that my dog had received the best care possible. She was reasonable when it came time to pay the bill which turned out to be more than she anticicpated and allowed me to pay my balance the next day after I had already picked up my dog. Overall, my pet received great medical care, which is the most important reason for this review. Margie Massey
