We got a fireplace insert from them this summer. Wonderful job and we were happy until we needed to replace the fireplace remote. We reordered (and paid for) the remote in early November and she sent us a new one, which was the wrong kind. It then took a total of six weeks to get a hold of her to get the remote reordered again because she would not return our calls at all! When we were able to pick up the 2nd remote, guess what? It was the same wrong one she ordered the first time around. Maybe if she could have returned our calls she would have known to order the other kind that we needed. We didn't even get an apology - just that she is busy during the holidays. I would recommend going somewhere else for better customer service.
Pros: good fireplace choices, install was quick
Cons: terrible customer service!!!
