I choose Elisa Ilana to order my Pandora ring because the ad said ""entire collection in stock, no sales tax, free shipping"". I ordered a $200 ring on January 10, 2011. 3-4 days later they called to tell me it was out of stock and Pandora was closed for a couple weeks. Ok fine why didn't you call me right away and tell me? Anyway I waited for the ring. I emailed to find out status with no response. I finally receive the ring but it's too big. Sent it back for an exchange. I sent it back on Feb 7, it's now MARCH 23 and I still have no ring. I have emailed with no response. After many emails I finally received an email from the Sales manager and apparently this is acceptable to them. I have waited 12 week, no ring and they have my $200.
