I have been going to Dental Salon since I moved to Chicago (3 visits now) and never had a problem. In all 3 cases I have received service from different staff and doctors, which is fine with me as I requested “first available” when I made my appointments. Even though the large staff makes it somewhat hard to get to know them on a one on one basis, it is also nice since you never have a problem getting in. I know that if I wanted to see some specific, they would get me in to see that person. Many on the staff are younger and you can tell still learning, but I have never worried that something is done wrong because of this.
While not necessarily important to the quality of service, the office is very new and modern and feels very clean. If you dread going to the Dentist, it’s not like walking into a dark, old, office building.
