This is being written in response to the review made by ""AlexaJade"". Per our records we have never provided services to a client with this name. After further review we were able to match this client to a client named Nichole V. Nichole V. has made several attempts to slander our salon (this being her 4th attempt). She has tried to make many untrue statements about our salon and we wish to set the record straight. Donte's of New york has been in the hair replacement/hair extensions business for over 40 years. We have had 2 resolved complaints in the past 2 years, not 5 as stated by ""AlexaJade"". We do not charge the exorbitant prices that ""AlexaJade"" stated she paid ($3500.00) for any of our hair services. We find we are extremely competitive for our market (usually we will beat our competitors prices, while offering the highest quality products). We guarantee our work and have been doing so for the past 40 years. If there are any problems or concerns we will always address them. We pride ourselves on being a family run business and our top goal is to provide the highest level of service to our clients. We hope that you as the consumer will take the opportunity to experience Donte's of New York for yourself. We know you will find products that will bring you the highest level of satisfaction and a staff that will provide the highest quality service around . Thank you for your time.
