I first met and hired Jay Foster to redo the complete plumbing on my 1956 vintage single wall primary residence in Wailua. He proceeded to evaluate the scope of the job and worked up an estimate which I accepted. He quickly commenced the job and powered right through until completion. His cheery attitude and willingness to solve problems made him a hit on my list.
My business at the time was real estate investment and I hired him for a number of upgrades / repairs & additions to my rental properties. His high standards concerning pleasing the customer and sticking to his bid made him the go to guy for me.
