Review content:
With so many negative reviews and an F rating from from the Better Business Bureau - almost all complaining about being misled and getting zero value for their money - the company has been infuriating so many people for so long since 2003. The investigative reporters I've spoken at the television stations (King, Komo, and Fox?) seem to be very aware of the complaints and history as they get many complaints and suggestions to investigate over the years. Amazing how Seattle doesn't protect the financially vulnerable in these cases.
