Review content:
Inconsistency is the problem. I watched a 3 hour movie that was packed in January and the theater must have been over 80 degrees with no air movement. The worst experience I have ever had. Lighting is the other problem. Inconsistent. Staff is great however, not trained. Recently, its been more difficult to find their movie listings on the movie web sites. They dont advertise in the weekday paper. They must have to much business. Its close to my home, but they act as if they don't care about a quality product? I've heard more complaints in the neighborhood then compliments. Really to bad. You have to do more then just hire the neighbor kids to get the loyalty from customers.
