My fiance and I were at the theater (ahead of show- time by at least 15 minutes, with pre-purchased tickets) and still had to wait in line to be let into the theater to sit. Standing there mixed with a crowd of noisy, unpatient people, we realize the movie start time is approaching and wonder if we are perhaps in the wrong line. We asked around, but at least 7 other people were by us in line for the same showing of the same movie and signs indicated we were all in the correct place. When finally let in, we realize theater staff did not announce that our movie was open for seating to the crowd in a loud enough manner for more than but a few people in the front to hear. When we complained that the movie we wanted to see was already in progress we were told by at least two employees that it had only started a few minutes ago. Upon complaining to the manager on duty we were given tickets for the next showing at the same price we paid before and told that was our discount, because the evening showing would have cost more than the matinee -- BUT we wanted to go to the matinee because that was the most convenient; my fiance and I had to cancel dinner plans and rearrange our evening outing around this issue. I feel better organization in the theater, nicer treatment from floor staff, and a discount offered on the money I ALREADY paid was more in order. I would not recommed this theater to others.
Cons: Unorganization and RUDENESS from Employees
