Review content:
First let me say I knew Gerald before he came to this market and yes he is a straight forward person and if you try and take advantage of him or not follow the rules of the company or pay your rent that is when he has a hot head , by the way leather know how to spell someone's name when you are going to talk about them. As for the pocket book lady get both sides I went to Gerald and ask him about this if he would evict someone like that and he would not give me a name of the person but he assured me that it was not true. So he told me the story of what happened and then I asked someone else and they comfrimed it. The vendor had a leak and brought the pocket book in for credit. He told her he would give her credit for the purse for what she paid for it. First off let's say your rood leaked at the mall who pay's, your insurance company not the landlord, but he did tell her he would cover the cost, she then started to get loud and saying it was a expensive purse and he told her three time not to get smart but she could not see that he was doing more than he has to by paying her for what she paid. At that point is when he told her she would leave the market. Come to find out the lady almost was kicked out that market for her attitude over a 3.50 purse.
Pros: as long as you follow the rules and pay your rent
Cons: wish it was larger
