I've got a '98 4 runner that simply needed a tune-up and a little TLC. . . I've been to a few different automotive shops here in the surrounding Logan area but when I met the owner, Bob, regarding life and health insurance and saw how respectful and polite he was (keep in mind that I was there as a salesman, not a customer) I decided right then and there that I'd take my vehicles to him. I live on the other side of town, Providence, and still drove past over a dozen shops to Smithfield to have the work done. I felt the pricing was very fair, especially for such a large shop and such a nice, clean building. His employees, Dirk and Jim were awesome to deal with. Always returned my calls in a timely manner and were more polite than what you'd even expect in a health spa! They really went more than just one extra mile to make me a new satisfied customer. Take my word for it and take your wheels to them. . . whether it be a nice Escalade or a hunk of junk like mine. The only reason I gave them 5 stars is because I the ratings wouldn't let me give them MORE.
