Review content:
I went to Gray Dental with a small occasional toothache. At first glance, Gray seemed like a respectable business ran by a husband/wife team. The husband, Mr. Gray, took 2 separate xrays and finally determined that I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. During the 45 minutes that I was being worked on by Mr. Gray, he said no more than 3 words to me. This may sound sensitive but when I am at a place as uncomfortable as a dentist office, friendly and polite conversation is expected. When Mr. Gray was finished, he did not say bye, or all finished, or even thank you for your business. He just immediately got up out of his chair without a word, took off his gloves and left the room. How ridiculous is that. However, I could handle it as long as he did a good job and that is where the problem lays. Since my epic experience at Gray Dental with Mr. Gray, my small occasional toothache has turned into a full blown throbbing toothache that has not gone away. I'm in the process of finding a different dentist to fix my tooth. I say all this to warn you, DO NOT GO TO GRAY DENTIST!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! Another side note A friend went to Gray Dentist and had Mr. Gray. She had a cavity filled. 5 months later she had the worst toothache and went to a different dentist to get it checked out. Turns out, Mr. Gray did not clean out the cavity and she had to get a root canal. Thank you Gray Dentistry.
