Businiess name:  Austin Pet Ranch

Review content:
My biggest complaint about this place is that it holds itself out as the Four Seasons (and makes you pay for it!) when it's really just a newly renovated Best Western or maybe a Hyatt. So if you usually board at a traditional kennel you will probably be pleased with the Austin Pet Ranch. However, we usually board our pups at a place where luxury suites are truly luxury suites--sound-proof rooms with tile floors, piped-in music and people-style glass doors--the doggie W. Despite its glitzy webpage, the Austin Pet Ranch is probably just a step above a traditional kennel--small concrete accommodations with wire fronts and very, VERY loud. However, the owners were extremely polite and caring and, most important, our dogs were returned to us happy and in good health. Bottom line: if you're looking for ""luxury"" please visit the facility and judge for yourself before making a reservation. Pros: Caring owners, dogs returned happy and in good health Cons: Not as luxurious as it looks, very loud, location
