Worst customer service! My wife and I stayed at a rental property of Advent?s in Pacific Beach while on vacation. From day one we had multiple issues and several misrepresentations from their rental advertisements. No coffee maker, extremely stained couches, pillows, and dining room chairs. Old food left in the refrigerator from previous tenant. Beds weren?t made, towels and sheet were still in the dryer. No cable television as advertised. Barking dogs next to us and behind us. Once we emailed Craig the owner of Advent our concerns he would not reply until I sent multiple emails requesting a response. He would make excuses for all problems rather than provide a solution. His solution is ?talk to the neighbors about their dogs?. Never acknowledging the more serious concerns such as extremely stained couches and pillows. No coffee maker! His solution to no cable television was ?use your computer?. We could no longer justify staying in this place during our vacation when the property manager wouldn?t take any responsibility. We left early and he refused to refund us our money for the nights we didn?t stay. Safe to say we will stay away from Advent property management in the future. We found another property on the beach for the same price and the property manager was so kind and professional. This is not how you treat people on vacation or period. Way to ruin our stay Craig of Advent!
