off top, I entered a beautifully decorated salon with a great atmosphere. I checked in at the counter and settled in for the wait that always occurs at hair salons...except there was no wait. I was seated immediately in Giselle's chair and we uncovered my massive hair and made small talk about what I wanted from my visit. I was then whisked away to the shampoo bowl for a thorough wash, deep condition and detangling. Again I sat in Giselle's hair and she explained EVERY step of the process of finger styling my hair. She was teaching and styling all at the same time. At the end I received a list of products to purchase to achieve the same look at home, along with instructions on use! The absolute only reason I can't give 5 stars is the price...but you get what you pay for ;-)
