Agree, if there was a negative rating, I would post it. This organization promises to pickup furniture anywhere in the State of NJ, but it seems if you're not home when the driver supposedly calls from the road, you're out of luck. The man who answers the phone doesn't have any phone manners, seems to be talking to someone else when he picks up the line and acts like you're interrupting him when you speak. I scheduled and confirmed a pickup in Central NJ on a Friday night. No one came or called until the next day after I left messages. We rescheduled for Monday night and again, no one came. On Tuesday morning, the ""man"" called and left a message that his driver tried called three times on Monday from the highway. There were no messages on my answering machine. I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish, but it's no way to run a charity. I gave up and found another charity in Trenton to send my donation.
