When I arrived at the appointed time to pick up the tee shirt order for my organization I was informed they were not ready. I was then informed they would not be ready for 6 more hours. I said I would come back. I then asked about a personal order I was interested in and I was given many excuses as to why it couldn???t be done because it was too difficult. When I arrived later that day for the second time the tee shirts were still not done and we were told it was because they were so difficult because of how tee shirts are designed. We ended up having to pick them up the next day, over 24 hours later than what we were promised. These were simple designs. The people we dealt with did not apologize; or offer anything for our lost time. The only thing we did receive were excuses. Poor customer service
