After our daughter's graduation, we decided to hire professional movers to take care of her college move. After weeks of calling moving companies in the Austin area, I was referred to American Van Lines through a friend who had just moved into a new apartment. Compared to the prices that I had been quoted I found your rates to be the most cost effective. I was worried about the treatment of my daughter's stuff and was sure that the movers would break something, which led me to constantly call to get updates about how things were going. I was in contact with a young woman by the name of Stephanie who answered all of my questions and reassured me that everything would be just fine. She was even able to put me in touch with one of the movers who explained how far along the move was. When they arrive to her college dorm we found everything was not only delivered in one piece but the furniture was also reassembled and arranged. I am very pleased with the professional manner in which our move was handled, I couldn't have asked for better service.
