I?ve moved quite a lot so I am used to contacting various moving companies to get a good rate. I came across American Van Lines and decided to give them a call and check out their quotes. I was surprised to see how affordable they were so I hired them to move my old things from my grandmother?s house in San Antonio to my place in Chicago. The movers, Edwin and Phillip, arrived at my grandmother?s house in right on time, and she said that they were very well mannered and seemed to know what they were doing. I was told they set up a neat space for packing and had an upbeat attitude the whole time. Once they had everything set up, they began wrapping and packing everything in the house, they even wrapped my furniture. When I asked Edwin why they even bothered to wrap furniture he told me that it was better to be safe than sorry. When they arrived at my new place, they were still pretty energetic and kept a positive attitude. I have worked with many movers in the past but I have never met any movers that put as much time and focus into safeguarding my possessions before. Thanks American Van Lines for making my move stress free.
