Review content:
While finishing up some laundry, my dryer let out a bang, and then its running got significantly quieter. It turned out that the drum had stopped spinning. I immediately gave them a call. They sent a technician who immediately figured out that the belt had snapped, had gotten a replacement from his van, and was swapping the busted one out. That was great service, I highly recommend them
