Review content:
The Bier Markt & Bar Cento are a great place to enjoy a night with friends. The beer selection is excellent with many that I'd not heard of before, and I like to think I'm pretty widely traveled in the beer world. They serve primarily Belgians, so if you drink Bud Light and aren't used to your beer having actual flavor, this is probably not the place for you.
The light fare at Bar Cento is likewise excellent. In particular, the Belgian-style pub frites (fries) fried in duck fat and served with three types of mayonnaise are an absolute must-have - they will leave you drooling and put every other french fry you've ever had to shame. Make sure you go for the table share size, because you'll eat every last one.
Pros: excellent beer selection, delicious food, great service
