Review content:
The owner of Eagle Sound was very friendly and ingratiating when we signed the contract and provided the deposit for him to provide service at our wedding - that was the last we ever saw of him. When it was time to make final plans for the wedding, he did not ever respond to voice mail messages or letters. We were left holding the bag with only a brief amount of time prior to the event to find new vendors. We tried, without success, to obtain a refund of our deposit - when we finally heard from him, we received only threats. We found that the contract worked only to his advantage and not at all to ours. We learned only to contact DJs that we had personal referrals for.
