Review content:
Stopped at Pier West on a Sunday afternoon and should really have walked straight out - very disappointing. Dirty carpet, flies ( a member of staff was walking around with a swatter!), dirty cutlery and, in a neighboring eating area, a charity hair cutting event. We waited a long time for our main courses - the breaded chicken sandwich was smothered in a burnt crusty shell - other entrees were poor to average. We will not be returning. A shame because the location is nice and this area is crying out for somewhere with a decent lunchtime menu.
