Businiess name:  P F Chang's China Bistro
Review by:  citysearch c.
Review content:
Don't be fooled by the dark lighting and catchy name. I can't believe that Houston thinks P.F. Chang's is the best Chinese restaurant in town. C'mon, we are better than that Houston!! The food is marginal at best. The spicy dishes are bland and the fried dishes taste burnt. It's unfortunatee that people go nuts over their lettuce wraps. because they are second rate compared to ones at other restaurants. It is so annoying when the waitstaff does that whole thing where they mix your sauces at your table when you sit down. Give me a break! For one alternative, try North China, located across from the Memorial City Professional Building at Kingsride and Frostwood. I have been eating there for 19 years and it is the best chinese food in Houston. One reason to go there rather than P.F. Changs: ITS AUTHENTIC. Pros: Ambience, Spacious dining area Cons: Marginal Food, Overrated Food
