first it took him nearly 2 months to get my window he used every excuse from flood to it came in broken! he NEVER called me to keep me up to date the only calls he made was after I left messages. When he arrived a day after saying he would be here he did not arrive until 1:15with 2 helpers he said he was late because the car broke down he said ""lady s--t happens!"" HE WAS ABUSIVE IN THE WAY HE TALKED TO ME AND IN HIS ACTIONS. his helpers did not know how to mesure the window he just roamed around while they tried to measure then he said ""what time is it?oh it is nearly 2:00 I can put the hole in but it will take 3 hrs to finish so I have to come back"" I could not believe it ! he said""I have a birthday party to go to it starts at 4 and I have to get ready!""I told him I would pay for the window but he and his ""crew"" should leave
