Review content:
This is my first review here. I just had to let others know how horrible the customer service is at this location. We were invited to the Pre-opening, everything was free and it was totally packed. Service was absolutely horrible that night but we assumed it was because it was their ""trial run"" night. We were excited about going back in a few weeks to try it out again. We have been back 4 times. Each and every time we consistently had horrible, horrible service. But, after yesterday's experience, I just had to let others know what they can expect when you go to this particular location.
Pros: Cool place on the outside
Cons: Worst customer service ever
