My first bad experience with Signature Smiles in Nashville was when they talked me in doing a crown... I knew I needed one, but I wanted to wait till my insurance will pay for it, and I told them that staight. I got a call right after New Year's saying ""great news, we checked with your insurance and you can have it done now, since it's a new year. When should we schedule you?"" Well, guess what - they never checked with my insurance, and after making the crown told me too bad, you should have checked yourself, now pay for it!
