I am glad you wrote this, MBANK, but I'm sorry you were going through the same thing as I was going. I wish I had read your comment before deciding to do my business with them. My experience with this dentist office has been awful from dentist not looking over my chart before coming to see me to billing me something that I was told I am covered. She appeared to me as incompetent because I had a major work done by a specialist whom forwarded my chart to this dentistry. She had no idea what was used on my newest dental work nor understood what was really going on with me because lack of preparation on her part. I think also that her nose pierced and not wearing a white lab coat seem unprofessional to me. I think this goes along with her mentally as a so called dentist. I really believe their integrity is compromised as well. I was told to do a procedure that was once done by them. This was done within 1-2 years and to tell me I need this done was appalling not only they were pushy with it; it made me realized my first procedure was unacceptable because I did have to come back for adjustment several times. I left the office dissatisfied and confirmed me once again not to go back. I don't understand why people would waste their money on something below par and then was told to do this procedure again. I got a ""courtesy"" voicemail regarding a ""follow-up"" on this ""redo"" procedure. This was the last straw for me with this place. I'm disgusted how they tried to be the ""BEST"" but really they are ONLY after one thing, YOUR MONEY! RUN from them!! I have only one good thing to say about this office when I first started, I got greeting cards, gift cards for my referrals...of course; this was a program that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. Also, the next follow up comment by HeartNashville seems suspicious to me. I really think they are writing their own review, which to me is pathetic.
