Victoria, you have been very rude to my boss. I am very disappointed at your irrational response. I helped you out more than usual for fifteen dollars as a friend. The reason I had you come in was, because I knew you couldn't afford the higher price and I needed the practice. You had a bunch of services done as my friend, because I wanted to help you. If you were dissatisfied you should have spoken to me first instead at yelling at my boss. We repaired your damaged hair and it will fade to a lighter shade. If you are so dissatisfied please continue to cut and dye your hair at home if it bothers you to be helped. I am very sorry that you decided to respond this way. It is out of control. Thank you.
