I was really excited for my appt to get my hair cut and colored. I've been looking for a new salon and thought this one sounded good. The atmosphere is GREAT!! Quaint building, upstairs space, hardwood floors--good ambiance. However, the staff was crude and in no way added anything to a spa-like atmosphere. They cursed, talked non-stop (with one another) and were really loud. Also, they had a constant stream of friends in and out that made a lot of noise, smoked out on the patio, etc...Not my idea of a relaxing morning. In addition--my cut and color is HORRIBLE--definitely one of the worst I've had--and it was overpriced. I look like I'm 12 years old. My stylist took NO time to try to understand what I wanted. I am REALLY unhappy and sad that such a beautiful location is wasted on such a poor staff.

Cons: staff skill, staff etiquette, overpriced
