I had an issue with my Premier oven, I thought I smelled gas, and thought the pilot wasn't working as it should, so I called Bear Appliance Repair. They were incredibly responsive, incredibly available, and answered calls on the weekend at all hours. I made my first call on Saturday at around 10 A.M. and they had someone out either the same day or next morning. They ended up coming out 3 separate times, as I wasn't sure if it needed to be looked at again. Each time they were very professional. They gave a time when they would be there, explained what they would be doing, what they thought problem might be, and they talked about cost before executing any work. Igor was extremely knowledgeable. He was on phone with his tech while tech was working on appliance as the tech told him what the problem was. When I called again after the fact, they came back again to make sure things were working properly. The tech was fantastic, on time, and also very professional. He wouldn't even take a tip from me. I thought they were terrific, if I have a problem with another appliance I would absolutely call them first.
