DO NOT USE THIS CAB COMPANY! We left our suitcase in a cab going from our hotel to the airport. We realized that our suitcase was left in the cab a few minutes after the cab dropped us off. We called the cab company immediately to annnounce that our suitcase had been left in a cab that just dropped people off at the airport. We even offered a reward for bringing our suitcase back to the airport. None of the cab drivers responded. We then spoke with the airport security who were able to provide us with the number of the cab who dropped us off by replaying the security tapes. We called the cab company several times and asked them to contact the driver. They were less than helpful and extremely rude every time we spoke with them. They told us that the driver denied every being at the airport. We never got our bag back! Yellow cab clearly employs thieves.
