I'm sorry that kktold had a bad experience. But, I can tell you that that has NOT been my experience with this store. i've been using them for about 3 years now and have nothing but great things to say about them. Ross, the owner knows most customers by name, almost all the other employees know who I am and what box number i am (i often forget my keys and they grab the contents of my box for me).
Again, sorry to hear that kktold had a bad experience, but take my advice and USE THESE GUYS, they're great!
