Review content:
My goodness, where to begin. Well, for starters, I won't rent from this company again. We rented it knowing it was an older place, and expecting a few issues with the plumbing and cold. But the location was exactly what we wanted, and the price compared just fine with other places in the neighborhood. Well, I'll give them that. They didn't gouge us on the rent and had a fine location. When it came to service, they were awful. Very slow to get to repairs, always ready with an excuse, and not even competent at the repairs. It took months to get anything actually fixed - I shudder to think what it would have been like if we had an emergency repair. Oh, and they refuse to give you notice about when
to expect a repairman. I think that is fishy, at the very least. Especially since it's not like the repairman was ever prompt.
