I should've known better. I bought a slightly used car from this dealership and let me car on consignment at a price of $2,000. This means they would try to sell my trade-in, make a profit, and give me $2,000 for it. I wouldn't have cared if they sold it for $10,000 as long as they gave me my $2,000 that we agreed on. A couple weeks went by and the car still hadn't sold. I had to go away on a business trip and was gone for a couple weeks. I come back to find that the car was sold. I thought this was great. Then I get a call back saying there were issues with the car that the dealership had to correct in order to make the buyer happy. I was thinking to myself, whatever, not my problem since I was guaranteed my $2,000, right? Wrong. Of course I received less than $2,000. Of course I never received any documentation of the written agreement of consignment. Of course, I am screwed! I should have known better. I had a bad feeling about this place from the moment I walked in the door. The salesman Chris actually seemed like a good guy and he was probably just doing what his boss, Mike, told him to do. Never do business with this dealership. Never believe what they tell you over the phone. It may seem like they have good prices but it's all on the surface. I am going to the BBB with a more extensive complaint. Cons: Shady practices
