Do Not waste your time or money going to any of these car wash places in Midwest City/Del City area. I went today to rinse off the residue on my car. I selected presoak and nothing I then tried the tire wash and nothing but sputtering air. I tried for at least 2 mins to get something working and nothing. I went to the attendant and he said hold on(mind you I had already put $5 in change in and meter was running) after a min he walked over and said you can only wash and rinse the air is down so nothing else works. He did not offer any money for my lost time and there were no signs posted about broken wash cycles. I then proceeded to wash my car since time was running( I had to add $2 more in change to finish) and then went to the vaccums to vac out my floor and to my suprise the vaccum didn't want to suck anything up. I placed my hand over nozzle and no suction. By this time I was furious I had wasted $8 bucks. I left and when my car was dry it was not even clean there is still dirt and residue all over it. This is the 3rd time I had been to this chain of car wash in 3 yrs. The first time I went through the automatic and the attendant scrubed before entering and car still had dirty spots and some chipped paint due to dirty wash brushes. The 2nd time was to wash by nozzle and it was like I never washed it. This was over 2 yrs ago and I thought that maybe they had improved since my last visit so I used them again today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO TO ANY OTHER CAR WASH AND I MEAN ANY THEY ARE MUCH MUCH BETTER!!! I would love to contact the person running these washes but when you go to the website there is no place to contact them. There are phone numbers but the attendant answers and has to take a message. I really want to talk to an owner. Perhaps if they fixed the cheap broken down peace of crap and stocked the car wash with quality soap like their site says they use then they could make enough money to make repairs.
