Review content:
We've had very severe fires here in San Diego county, causing many people to have to leave the area. I was one such person. When I came back and tried to return something here, I was not allowed to, because it had been 20 days, and they only allow returns after 15 days (my package was unused, in original package, with reciept). The manager suggested I exchange my items - only I hate swimming and my doctor just authorized me to do other exercise. I only bought these items because I thought swimming was my only option for exercise.I asked to speak to his boss or a corporate office and was told that the owner lives in France, and the man I was talking to is in charge of all of the decisions, only he can't make decisions because a person he wouldn't name checks up on him regularly to make sure he has no unauthorized returns. Hmmm. There are other places in town that sell the same stuff for the same price. Why go here?
Cons: Uncompromising return policy, lack of selection if you are forced to exchange something
