Review content:
I had my serpentine belt replaced by Tigard Tire and Auto Service, and they made a boo-boo. They informed me of it right away. It was something that I could have driven off the lot with, and then had to fix later, but they told me right away. They said that they had accidentally punctured the radiator.
They provided me with a rental car, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was fixed. They paid for all the repairs. I would definitely go back there after this experience because I know that he is someone I can trust.
It was my first time at Tigard Tire and Auto, but I have heard a lot of people talk about how much they have done for them. Trustworthiness is a great thing to have in a company, and I feel like Tigard Auto is really a company of integrity.
They also worked with me to come up with a game plan on what is important to fix, in what order, and how much it will cost. They knew I was working within a budget, and made this plan accessible to me.
