I have used Tigard Tire for the last couple of years now and it has been a wonderful experience. They are knowledgeable and treat you like a human being, even if you ask a stupid question. They have worked mainly on my truck and done a variety of work, from installing new brakes and a new heater core to doing oil changes. I am very, very pleased with the service and price I receive at Tigard Tire and Auto. They are always able to get me in if I need to be seen right away, or they will find a time that is convenient for me. They also provide a shuttle service to drop me off while working on the car. I have been doing business with them for probably two years and their prices are always reasonable. I had one problem with a fan, which they had to change 3 times until they found one that worked. They were great. They wanted to make sure everything worked, so they told me to bring it back immediately and they fixed it right away. I have always found them reliable and definitely knowledgeable. They provide excellent advice about repairs that I thought I needed but did not. Nothing is added on. I rely on them a great deal. I had my serpentine belt replaced by Tigard Tire and Auto Service, and they made a boo-boo. They informed me of it right away. It was something that I could have driven off the lot with, and then had to fix later, but they told me right away. They said that they had accidentally punctured the radiator. They provided me with a rental car, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was fixed. They paid for all the repairs. I would definitely go back there after this experience because I know that he is someone I can trust. It was my first time at Tigard Tire and Auto, but I have heard a lot of people talk about how much they have done for them. Trustworthiness is a great thing to have in a company, and I feel like Tigard Auto is really a company of integrity. They also worked with me to come up with a game plan on what is important to fix, in what order, and how much it will cost. They knew I was working within a budget, and made this plan accessible to me. more
