Review content:
The people at Rick's Home Theatre Store were very easy to work with, very accommodating and professional. I found Rick's online, and hired them to install a set of five in-wall/in-ceiling home theater speakers. They also wired up two existing speakers in the rear of the room to make a complete 7.1 system. In addition, they mounted all the the home theater equipment in a closet, out of sight, and mounted my LED TV on the wall.
I decided to go with Rick's because they had good internet reviews, and because the address of their home office was close to my house. I like to support local businesses whenever I can. When I called, I got someone on the line right away. They were able to come out the next day to give an estimate, at which time they gave me some good ideas and hashed out the whole process with me.
Since Rick's left, I've been very happy with the final product. I'm even planning out another project I want to use them for. I thought the pricing of the installation--a combination of parts and labor--was very fair. I have to give Rick's a high recommendation.
