I have been a nanny with T & C for almost three years. I have had nothing but THE BEST support from the staff. I am a college graduate (who recently went back for a 2nd degree), have a clean driving record, drug-free, and am PROUD to say that I am a Town and Country Nanny. It bothers me to hear that people say the nannies that come out of this agency are not qualified. Let me be the first one to say that when I have a child, God willing, Town and Country will be the FIRST PEOPLE I CONTACT. They have supported me through the good families and let's face it, through the bad ones aswell!!! Their constant support, undivided attention and positive attitude have gotten me through some of the "crazy" families (can we say Nanny Diaries). I WOULD RECOMEND THIS AGENCY TO ANYONE.
