Review content:
After I installed my brand new TV I discovered an audio problem with the HDMI input. I called the manufacturer and they referred me to this repair center. I called Alamance and set up an appointment. On the day they were supposed to come over nobody showed. When I called them they told me that they were too busy, wouldn't work on the TV at all, and were as unprofessional as you can imagine. I was thoroughly confused and insulted and I asked to talk to his manager. That's when I found out that this repair center only consists of the owner (the guy I was talking to) and a secretary. The secretary seemed real nice but the guy who does the repairs is just plain nuts. I don't know how else to say it. Just avoid this place at all costs and go straight to a professional repair center.
