This is in regards to the lady who says that I gave her the worst service....I'd like to know who this woman is because when we help a person into sizing it shows clearly in the book the charges for "LARGER" sizes are extra... Because her waist was larger than her bust we had to accomadate that. These dresses are NOT made to the persons body measurements, they are made to the manufacture charts. We showed her the manufactures chart and she saw how the dress was going to be cut. These are not mass produced because they are oftered in many different colors. So when they are ordered they are a special order and she was made aware of that also. Sorry she felt she had bad service from us, we have been serving Orange County for 25 years now and enjoy helping people. Jinny at Jinny's Bridal
